1.The first and foremost thing you want to make sure you are following if you want to be doing well in life is your health. Well being can range from the simple things like your diet to the more serious aspects like your lifestyle. There are many ways to improve your health that people don’t even realize they need.
There are so many ways to improve your overall quality of life that it doesn’t always seem possible to find them all. However, with a little bit of practice, these tips will help you get well. These are just ten of my suggestions for how to do a better job at making the most of what you have now and how to get your body into peak physical condition. Take these into consideration when you are trying to find something else to focus on other than your current stress. By the way, I also want to give some personal credit on the top ten tips. It was the best idea to put out such as this, as that is what helped me get out of my rut and live longer. A few years ago, I made one big mistake. i am starting drinking of water extremely. In terms of my social and family life, I didn’t do much of anything. So I started drinking alcohol regularly. No wonder I wasn’t happy in my life. My friends thought I was an alcoholic. One day I had a very close friend who was concerned about my habit and asked if he could take the time to talk some sense into my head. He then said that I was wasting all my time because I wasn’t doing any real work. That was the last time I really worked hard, but he was right, I was wasting all my time! So I made the decision to stop drinking! Not only that, I decided that I wanted to try to go back. Instead of trying to find someone to love me and talk to, I started working. And to my surprise, things haven’t been bad. As for myself, I have become happier and healthier.
Well being has its perks, but if you can't enjoy them, if you can't control them well then they aren't worth it. You shouldn't expect anyone to carry a bad reputation in their mind. If you want to see yourself as productive and having fun, start putting the effort in. see inside yourself. Make some serious changes so you can enjoy what you do and not let negative thinking keep you stuck in what you can't control. Change your mindset on everything. This can be going to where you won’t let anything you do or say affect your mental state at all costs.

Do not give permission your emotions to be get better than you. They are your mind’s protection mechanism. Always put your own needs first. Focus on what you can control like finding ways to make your workouts fun and being able to enjoy yourself. When you are down, do what makes you feel happy. If that’s writing, that's what to do. Write what you love to write. If it’s painting, that's what you need to do. Whatever works for you is what you must do.Set your goals of life that releated to positivity. What makes you happy will motivate you to do whatever you can.

Be mindful of your thoughts. Do you think negative thoughts? When you think positive things, you’re giving yourself happiness. When you think otherwise, you’re not giving yourself self happiness. But in order to avoid the latter, think carefully about what you will say. When I am feeling sad or angry with myself, I don’t usually think about how wrong what I say has become. How would someone I care about feel, if I told them that? But it isn’t going to help me at all. At least not anymore. We are our minds, we are the reflection of our thoughts, so let them reflect themselves in us. Try to think of the worst scenarios that can happen. Sometimes they turn into reality. But sometimes, the worst ones can happen. Just look at history books when you’re growing up from the events in the past. Imagine you could change the future if you really changed your way of thinking! Get rid of the things in your brain that tell your brain that this is not happening. Forget about everything that you can’t control. Don’t focus on the things that happened in others' lives. Think of your own future. The only person that really matters is you.

Start taking better care of your skin. Skin as your window of happiness is important. You can’t have a truly beautiful face unless your skin is looking awesome as well. I mean, why do you care about your appearance? Why do you care so much about how good your skin looks? People can judge, but the only thing you can do is care for your skin. You can’t just say you’re over-exercising yourself because that won’t be any better than you were before. Even though you’re not doing anything fun, you can still exercise just enough. Have healthy eating habits so that you can protect yourself from damage and infection. Eating lots of veggies and leafy greens will help prevent against free radicals, which can cause oxidative damage and cause aging. Also, eating lots of fruit and vegetables can also help your blood pressure too. Exercises to protect yourself from cold sores are also helpful. Exercise also helps prevent obesity. Stop smoking. Smoking causes cancer. So stop! Cigarettes are harmful to your health.

Eat the right kind of food. Consuming processed foods can increase inflammation, heart disease and diabetes, which might be even more dangerous if you have asthma or a heart condition. Too much sugar or salt in your meals can contribute towards weight gain and obesity. Limit processed foods. Go plant based whenever possible. Yes, tofu is delicious! But if it goes wrong it can ruin the taste and texture of tofu! Don’t forget about cheese too. Cheese contains nitrates. These reduce the flow of blood to the muscles and can lead to heart problems. Another tip is that eating salad means you’re restricting your intake of sugar.

Avoid alcohol. Alcohol is bad for the environment as well as your health. Drinking has been linked to cancer, liver and kidney diseases. Don’t drink!
6. Keep track of every single thing you eat. Maybe there are foods that you eat way worse than the recommended portion, or maybe you eat too much meat, and that does nothing but harm your health. Keeping track of everything you eat is key.
7. Drink water. Water is crucial. Water helps detoxify your body through cleansing. Your body can actually use drinking water to purify itself. So, drink more water and stay hydrated.
8. Talk to loved ones. You never know when you may need a shoulder to cry on. Or the extra motivation to complete that project on your desk because you are getting tired of running around.

Maintain regular sleep. A lack of sleep can seriously impact your moods and energy levels. Sleep is the key to good health.

Treat yo self. Treat your self. Treat everything that you need and want in order to feel good about you again.
Well that might seem like a lot of new information, and it is. Remember though it all comes down to the ability to understand what your body actually needs and then treating yourself. To start giving yourself what you need.
